Washupptech Sdn Bhd values our customer's privacy and in our effort to ensure compliance to Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA"), we wish to draw your attention to Washupptech Sdn Bhd's privacy policy:

1. The Nature of Personal Data
   • The Personal Data processed by us and/or our Data Processor may include, but not limited to:
     1. full name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, postal or correspondence address;
     2. any additional information provided by you or by third parties about you that is not already available in the public domain.
2. Purpose of Collecting and Processing the Personal Data
   • The Personal Data is collected and processed by us and/or by our Data Processor for purposes including, but not limited to: -

     5. matching any data held by Washupptech Sdn Bhd or its group of companies relating to you from time to time;

   • The Personal Data is collected from various sources including but not limited to:
     1. information which you have provided to us;
     2. information from log data;
     3. information from cookies;
     4. information from public domains, credit reporting agencies, government department or agencies, public registries, social media and publications; and
     5. information obtained by us from other lawful sources.
4. Disclosure or Transfer of Personal Data
   • Your Personal Data provided to us may be disclosed by us to the following third parties, for purposes as set out above: -
     1. Washupptech Sdn Bhd group of companies;
     2. any persons as directed by or consented to by you;
     3. any persons as required in the course of us rendering our services;
     4. any persons as required for the purposes of us complying with the legal and regulatory requirements; and
     5. our data processor who processes the Personal Data on our behalf.
   • The Personal Data provided to us may be transferred to and/or stored in a place outside Malaysia for the purposes and/or to such third parties as set out above.
5. Consequences of Non-Provision of Personal Data
   • The provision of the Personal Data is voluntary in nature. You may elect to limit the way your Personal Data provided to us is processed by us.
   • However, in the event the Personal Data provided by you is not sufficient, or if you limit the way the Personal Data is to be processed, or if you subsequently withdraw your consent to us processing your Personal Data, this may result in not being able to use our Service and/or a portion of our Service.

   • You may, to the extent as permitted by PDPA and upon payment of a prescribed fee: -
     1. request for access to Personal Data provided by you;
     2. request for Personal Data provided by you to be corrected where the Personal Data is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date.
   • If:
     1. you have any enquiries regarding this Notice or complaints in respect of the Personal Data provided by you; or
     2. you wish to access to the Personal Data provided by you; or
     3. you wish to correct the Personal Data provided by you; or
     4. you wish to withdraw your consent to us processing the Personal Data for any of the purposes as set out in this Notice

   • This Notice may be amended from time to time. By continuing to use our service and/or to communicate with us subsequent to any amendments to this Notice, it would confirm and indicate your acceptance to the amendments to this Notice.
10. Miscellaneous
    • This Service may contain links to other sites. Kindly note that these external sites are not operated by us and we have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.
    • This Service is not for anyone under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individual under the age of 13. In the event where we discover that an individual under 13 has provided us with Personal Data, we will delete this from our servers. if you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, kindly contact us in writing.
    • In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
11. Acknowledgment and Consent
    • By using our service, you acknowledge and confirm that you:

      2. confirm that all Personal Data provided by you is accurate; and
